She lay in his arms, so soft, he'd hardly notice her lying on him if it weren't for her warmth. Untangling himself from the covers he got dressed.

She sat up pulling the covers round her with one hand while the other rubbed her eyes in an attempt to wake up.

"I'll be back in five minutes." He spoke quietly before kissing her. Gentle, caring, he didn't want to leave her.

"No you won't." She smiled still as he reached over and pushed stay hair from her face. "Goodbye Jack."

He wanted to believe one day he'd meet her again.

I'm not sure I ever did which is a shame really. I keep meaning to do it to complete the set, might be a nice challenge for tonight.
