Thanks for sending my annual evaluation over. I don't have a problem with anything you've written here, and I certainly couldn't in all conscience add anything to it! I'm happy for this to be filed as it is.

Speaking of Gwen, I don't think it's anything to worry about. She probably just needs some time off (don't we all!) Do you want me to talk to her about stress management? I took some courses, I can give her some tips. I'm sure she can deal with it though, it'll just be a temporary thing. We'd all hate to lose her from the team - I think I'd feel personally poorer for not having her around.

Five nights on the trot we've ended up eating takeaway at the office. This cannot go on. I suggest we make a pact: we will be out of here by 7pm (YES - I SAID 7PM), go for a drink, and have dinner at eight. Even if the world is ending. If we present a united front on this I believe we can succeed! Are you with me?
